Terms of use

Preliminary version of October 11, 2026

These terms govern the use of Fleetago (the web portal and the drivers’ iPhone app), software published by Le Studio 7 Service Numérique Inc. (“Le Studio 7”). By activating your access or using Fleetago, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

1. The service

Fleetago lets trucking companies plan their trips, track their progress and communicate with their drivers and customers. Your access is provided by the trucking company (for example Transport Michael Duff), which is a customer of Le Studio 7. Your working conditions (schedule, pay, instructions) are a matter for the company, not Le Studio 7.

2. Your account

  • Access is created by the company and activated with a one-time code.
  • Your sign-in ID, password and phone are personal: do not share them. Tell the office right away if you think someone else is using your account.
  • The information in your file must be accurate; the office can correct it.
  • The company can suspend or remove your access, for example when your employment ends.

3. Safety behind the wheel

Do not use the app while driving. Complete your steps, photos and messages while stopped, in a safe place, and follow the Highway Safety Code, which prohibits holding a phone while driving. Notifications and the Dynamic Island must never take your attention off the road.

4. Permitted use

You use Fleetago only for your work for the company. You must not:

  • enter false information (a step not done, a false proof of delivery, a misleading photo);
  • send abusive, discriminatory, harassing or illegal messages;
  • photograph or send information that is not needed for the trip;
  • get around the service’s security, try to access another person’s data or copy the software.

5. Your content

The photos, documents and messages you send are used for the company’s work. They may be viewed by its authorized staff and, for proof of delivery, by the customer concerned. You confirm that you have the right to send them.

6. Notifications and charges

By using Fleetago, you agree to receive work-related notices (notifications, texts, emails): new trips, changes, messages from the office. You can turn off notifications in your iPhone settings; the company may then reach you by text. Data or text charges from your plan remain your responsibility, unless agreed otherwise with the company.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep Fleetago available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted (maintenance, outage, no network). Without a network, the app keeps your actions and sends them when the signal returns. If in doubt about a trip, contact the office.

8. Intellectual property and license

Fleetago, its code, its look and its name belong to Le Studio 7. The trucking company’s name, logo and data belong to it. Le Studio 7 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your work, on an Apple device that you own or control.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fleetago is provided “as is”, and Le Studio 7 is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants you and that cannot be waived.

10. Apple App Store

These terms are between you and Le Studio 7, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Le Studio 7 is responsible for claims related to the app (performance, legal compliance, intellectual property). If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price, if any (the app is free). You must also comply with the terms of Apple and of your wireless carrier. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Updates and termination

These terms may be updated; the current version is dated at the top of the page, and you will be told in the app about any significant change. You can stop using Fleetago at any time; your access ends when the company removes it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
